1. Scope of Work

Designer will provide 1 product design using 2 selected logos, with 2 variations per logo of that product design. Weekly work may include packaging-related assets such as labels, stickers, hang tags, sleeves, inserts, and other related materials as agreed upon in writing. Logo cleanup is not included. Each deliverable includes 3 complimentary revisions, and any revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at $30 per revision.

2. Payment Terms

Total rate: $250 per week 50% deposit ($125) due upfront before work begins each week Remaining 50% ($125) due before final delivery Additional revisions beyond 3/week: $30 each Work pauses if payment is late

3. Timeline & Client Feedback

Estimated weekly delivery 24-48 hour feedback required from Client on drafts/revisions Client delays extend project timeline

4. Deliverables

Production-ready files: PDF -  PNG -  JPG -  AI -  EPS -  SVG -  etc.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide 24-48 hour feedback on drafts/revisions Supply brand information, references, files promptly Review and approve final files before production

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public project materials confidential unless written permission is given or legally required.

7. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

Client: Receives final approved files for business use upon full payment. Designer: Retains rights to use ANY work created (videos, images, unreleased work, drafts, process stages) for portfolio, social media, Reels, highlights, marketing materials, case studies, and service advertising. Client may request specific exclusions in writing before project start.

8. Cancellation Policy

Pre-delivery cancellation: Refund OR service credit considered minus work completed (Designer discretion) Post-delivery cancellation: All fees owed immediately upon delivery Work-in-progress cancellation: Partial refund/service credit may be considered
